This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers persuant to Article 5 of Definition of Powers and Duties of the Excecutive Organs of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No.1263/2021 and Article 17(1) of Federal Government Financial Administration Proclamation No.648/2009. 1. Short title This Regulation may be cited as the “Fee Rates Payable for Service provided by Transport and Logistics Minister Council of Ministers Regulation No. 572/2025”.

2. Definitions In this Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires:

1/ “Proclamation” means Road Transport Proclamation No. 1274/2022
