This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 5 of Definition of Powers and Duties of the Excecutive Organs of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No.1263/2021 and Article 17 (1) of Federal Government Financial Administration Proclamation No.648/2009 (as amended). 1. Short Title This Regulation may be cited as the “Fee Rates Payable for Service provided by Ministry of Labor and Skills for Ethiopian Overseas Employment Services; Council of Ministers Regulation No. 573/2025” 2. Fees The Fees for services provided by Ministry of Labour and Skill Shall be as prescribed in the Scheduled attached here to.
