WHEREAS, the Ordinary Session of the Organization of African Unity Heads of States and Governments meeting held in Kampala (Uganda) on 1st August, 1975, adopted the Inter-African Convention Establishing an African Technical Co-operation Programme;
WHEREAS, Ethiopia has signed the Convention on 28 December 2007;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Convention at its session held on 16th day of December, 2008;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub article (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
