WHEREAS, the Revised Georgetown Agreement Establishing the Organization of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) was entered in to force as of the 5th Day of April 2020,

WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on 7th Day of July, 2022;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
