WHEREAS, it has become necessary for the success of Ethiopian News Service efforts to broaden its horizon and accessibility; and the realization of the vision to become an African preferred source of news;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
