WHEREAS, Ethiopia is one of the signatories to the Convention against Transnational Organized Crimes done in palermo on 27th day of September, 2000;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives has ratified the said Convention at its session held on the 8th day of May, 2007;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
