WHEREAS, the Agreement Establishing the African Trade Insurance Agency was entered in to force as of the 18th day of May 2000;

WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session he on the 6th day of April, 2016;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopian Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
