In accordance with Article 55(1) and (11) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and in accordance with Article 21 of the Federal Government of Ethiopia Financial Administration Proclamation No. 57/1996 a supplementary budget is hereby proclaimed as follows;
