WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on Mutual Exemption of Entry Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic Passports was signed in Addis Ababa on the 15th day of June 2018;
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 2nd day of April, 2019;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby Proclaimed as follows:
