WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development stipulating that the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of Six million five hundred thousand Kuwaiti Dinars (K.D 6,500,000) for Axum Water Supply Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on the 16th day of June 2015;
WHEREAS, the House of people’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 7th day of July/2015;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
