WHEREAS, the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of India have signed an agreement on Cooperation in the field of Communication, Information and Media was signed in Addis Ababa, on the 5th day of October, 2017;

WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its session held on the 2nd day of April, 2019;

NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
