WHEREAS, Trade Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of India was signed in Addis Ababa on 5 October 2017;
WHERE AS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its senssion held on the 16th day of April, 2019.
NOW, THERE FORE, in accordance with article 55 (1) and (12) of the constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
