WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Saudi Fund For Development stipulating that the Saudi Fund For Development provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 243,750,000 (Two Hundred Forty Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand) Saudi Riyals for financing the Second Phase Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene Program, was signed in Addis Ababa on 19th day of December, 2019;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 30th day of April, 2020;
NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby Proclaimed as follows:
