WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of Forty One Million Three Hundred Thousand USD (41,300,000) for financing COVID 19 Emergency Response Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 3rd day of April 2020;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its special session held on the 10th day of April, 2020
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
