WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Twenty Three Million One Hundred Thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 23,100,000.00) for financing Desert Locust Response Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 22nd day of May, 2020;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on 25th day of June, 2020;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
