WHEREAS, a Financing Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a credit amount of 214,800,000 SDR (two hundred fourteen million eight hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) for financing Urban Productivity Safety Net Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 12th day of January, 2016;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representative of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Financing Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of April 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
