WHEREAS, Financing Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a credit amount of 27,400,000 SDR (twenty seven million four hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) for financing Tana and Beles Integrated Water Resources Development Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 13th day of June 2008;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the agreement at its session held on the 1st day of July, 2008;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Sub-Article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
