WHEREAS, a Financing Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of $127,000,000 (One hundred twenty seven million United States Dollar) Regular Credit; and $200, 000,000 (Two hundred million United States Dollar) from Scale- Up Facility Credit for financing Urban Institutional and Infrastructure Development Program was signed in Addis Ababa on the 20th day of March, 2018;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Financing Agreement at its session held on the 31st day of May, 2018
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
