WHEREAS, a Financing Agreement, between Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and International Development Association stipulating that International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of Forty-three million seven hundred thousand special Drawing (SDR 43,700,000) for financing Urban Water Supply Sanitation was signed in Addis Ababa on May 16, 2007;
WHEREAS, basic economic international agreements have to be ratified prior to entry into finance;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Represent of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held 21st day of June, 2007;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution hereby proclaimed as follows:
