WHEREAS, a Financing Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 236,400,000 Special Drawing Rights (two hundred thirty six million four hundred thousand SDR) Regular Credit; and $125,000,000 (one hundred twenty five million United States Dollar) from Scale- Up Facility Credit for financing the Second Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 7th day of April 2017;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Financing Agreement at its session held on the 22th day of, June2017;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
