WHEREAS, Amended and Restated Financing Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia additional credit in the amount of 96,900,000 SDR (ninety six million nine hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) for Financing Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 12th day of June 2012;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Amended and Restated Financing Agreement at its session held on the 11th day of July 2012;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with sub- article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
