WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic stipulating that the Government of the Italian Republic provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 5,000,000 Euro (Five million Euro) for the Implementation of Strengthening Health Infrastructure at Local Level Programme was signed in Addis Ababa on the 20th day of February 2017;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 22nd day of June 2017;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
