WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic stipulating that the Government of Italian Republic provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan amount of 15,000,000 Euro (Fifteen Million Euro) for financing Women Entrepreneurship Development Programme was signed in Addis Ababa on the 20th day of November, 2015;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representative of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 31st day of May, 2016;
NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
