WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic stipulating that the Government of the Italian Republic provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 30,000,000 EUR (thirty million Euro) for financing the Inclusive and Sustainable Development of Agricultural Value Chain Programme, was signed in Addis Ababa on the 22nd day of June 2018;
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of April, 2019;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
