WHEREAS, a Credit Facility Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the French Development Agency stipulating that the French Development Agency provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a credit facility in a maximum aggregate amount of 70,000,000 Euros (Seventy million EUR) for Financing the Relocation and Modernization of the Addis Ababa Abattoris Enterprise Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on the 13th day of September, 2017;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 28th day of December, 2017;
NOW,THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
