WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Export-Import Bank of Korea stipulating that Export-Import Bank of Korea provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of one hundred seventy million United States Dollar (170,000,000 USD) for financing Southern Extension of the National Electricity Grid Power Transmission Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 22nd Day of April 2019;

WHEREAS, the House of people’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 5th Day of November, 2019;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
