WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Export-Import Bank of China stipulating that the Export-Import Bank of China provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan in amount not exceeding 923,712,800.00 (Renminbi Nine hundred twenty-three million seven hundred twelve thousand eight hundred Yuan only) for financing the Addis Ababa Gerbi Dam Reservoir, Transmission Line and Treatment Project was signed on the 27th day of December, 2016;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representative of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 7th day of February, 2017;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
