WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa stipulating that the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa provide to the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of Twenty Million United States Dollars (USD 20,000,000) for Financing Dilla-Bulle-Harro Wachu Road Project, was signed in Washington D.C on 12th day of April 2019;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of November, 2019;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
