WHEREAS, a Credit Facility Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Agence Franciase de Development (AFD) stipulates that the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia shall receive a Credit Facility in the amount of 40,000,000 EURO (forty million EURO) for financing the National Load Dispatch Center Project, which was signed in Addis Ababa on the 28th day of July 2006;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Credit Facility Agreement at its session held on the 27th day of December 2016;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
