WHEREAS, a Credit Facility Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Agency Française de Development (AFD) provides the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia with a Credit Facility in the amount of 35,000,000.00 (thirty-five million) EURO for additional financing of the Addis Ababa City Bus Rapid Transit Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on the 28th day of July 2016;
WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Credit Facility Agreement at its session held on the 27th day of December 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
