WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the African Development Fund stipulating that the African Development Fund provided to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan amount of U.A. 25,589,863 (twenty-five million five hundred eighty-nine thousand eight hundred sixty-three Units of Account) for financing the Jimma-Chida and Sodo-Sawla Road Upgrading Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 30th day of January 2017;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 7th day of February 2017;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
