WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the United Arab Emirates Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development stipulating that the United Arab Emirates Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of One Hundred Million United States Dollar (USD 100,000,000) for financing the Small and Medium Enterprise Finance Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 24th Day of February 2020;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Credit Facility Agreement at its session held on 5th Day of May, 2020;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
