WHEREAS, an Agreement on the Customs Bond Guarantee of the Preferential Trade Area for Eastern and Southern African States was signed at Mbabane, the kingdom of Swaziland, on the 23rd day of November, 1990;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 7th day of March, 2000;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
