WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Italian Republic stipulating that Italian Republic shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Seventy Million EURO (EURO 70,000,000), for Budget Support Programmed to Ethiopia for Sustainable and Resilient Development, in line with the World Bank`s Third Ethiopia Development Policy Operation (DPO3), was signed on the 3rd day of July 2026; WHEREAS, the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its 2 nd Extra ordinary sitting held on 14th day of July, 2026;
