WHEREAS, the United Nations Convention Against Corruption has been signed at Merida, Mexico, on December 9/2003;
WHEREAS, The House of Peoples’ Representative of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Convention in its meeting held on the 3rd day of July,2007;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
