WHEREAS, the Protocol on Technical, Scientific and Economic Cooperation in the field of Agriculture Between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Turkey has been signed in Ankara on the 8th day of February 2007;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Protocol at its session held on the 10th day of January, 2008;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
