WHEREAS, the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of India on Cooperation in the Fields of Science and Technology was signed in Addis Ababa, on the 5th day of July, 2007;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 15th day of May, 2008;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Sub-Article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
