WHEREAS, the International Coffee Council adopted the International Coffee Agreement 2007 on 28 September 2007 at its 98th Session;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 1st day of June, 2010;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub article (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
