WHEREAS, the loan agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic stipulating that the Government of the Italian Republic provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan amount of seventeen million Euro (EUR 17,000,000) for partly financing the Small and Medium Towns Sanitation Facilities Expansion and Improvement Programme, was signed in Addis Ababa on the 5th day of October 2018;
WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its session held on the 5th day of April, 2019;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
