WHERE AS, the Agreement on Mutual Visas Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China was signed in Addis Ababa on the 4th day of May,2014;
WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its regular session held on the 2nd day of April, 2015;
NOW THEREFORE; in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution it is here by proclaimed as follows:
