WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of Republic of Kenya to Cooperate in the Area of Civil/Public Service was signed in Addis Ababa on the 21st day of November, 2012;
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this Agreement at its Ordinary session held on 30th day of 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
