NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
- Short Title — This Proclamation may be cited as the “International Development Association Loan Agreement for Additional Financing for the East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project Ratification Proclamation No. 1399/2025”.
