WHEREAS, Additional Financing Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia additional credit in an amount not exceeding SDR 37,100,000 (thirty seven million one hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) for financing the Irrigation and Drainage Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on the 15th day of September 2011;
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 6th day of December, 2011;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-article (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
