WHEREAS, Additional Financing Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a credit in an amount not exceeding 70,600,000 SDR (seventy million and six hundred thousand SDR) Special Drawing Rights for additional financing Productive Safety Net Project IV was signed in Addis Ababa on the 1st day of July, 2016.
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Additional Financing Agreement at its session held on the 7th day of July, 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
