WHEREAS, a Financing Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia an additional Loan amount of 110,600,000 SDR (One hundred ten million six hundred thousand SDR) for financing the Additional Financing for Health Sustainable Development Goals Program-for-Results in Addis Ababa on the 18th day of May 2017;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 22nd day of June 2017;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
