WHEREAS, a Credit Facility Agreement, between the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the French Development Agency (AFD) stipulating that the French Development Agency shall provide to the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Credit Facility in an amount of Eighty Five Million Euros (EUR 85,000,000); for Financing Development Policy Program was signed in Addis Ababa on the 6th day of June 2019;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of November, 2019;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution,
