WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Export-Import Bank of Korea stipulating that Export-Import Bank of Korea provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of Thirty million United States Dollar (30,000,000 USD) for financing Land Information Management System Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 1st day of April 2020;
WHERE AS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of May , 2020;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
