WHERE AS , the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Russian Federation have signed an Agreement regarding Cooperation and Mutual Administrative Assistance in Customs Matters, in Addis Ababa, on the 28th day of February, 2013;
WHERE AS ,the House of Peoples Representatives’ of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said proclamation at its session held on the 28th day of June 2018;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with sub- articles (1) and (12) of Article 55 the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
