WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the African Development Fund stipulating that the African Development Fund provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan amount of forty one million sixty thousand units of account (UA 41,060,000) for financing Bedele-Metu Road Upgrading Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 3rd day of February 2012;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 8th day of May 2012;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-article (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
