WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development stipulating that the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development provide to the Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan in an amount of Seven Million Kuwait Dinars (K.D. 7,000,000) for financing the Nekemete-Bedele Road Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 16th day of March 2010;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Financing Agreement at its session held on the 8th day of June, 2010;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub article (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
